Seminar Speakers

Rev. Wes Courtney

Pastor Wes Courtney has been the Lead Pastor at Revival Temple in Walker, Louisiana since 2001.  He and his wife, Melissa, lead the church in a vision that serves the church, the surrounding communities, and the world.  His practical teachings are not only life-applicable but are personal and meaningful.

Pastor Wes and his wife, Melissa, have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. Their passion for the days to come brings life and excitement for the future as they continue leading imperfect people to a perfect God.

Revs. Hal and Pamela Santos

Hal and Pamela Santos are passionate about serving others. They want to use their time, talents and treasures to help both individuals and organizations who desire to transform and grow in Christ. Hal joined the Grace Church staff in Fairview Heights, Illinois as youth minister in the fall of 1984, and served as lead pastor since 1986 until passing the baton of senior leadership to Ben Godard in early 2023. Hal and Pam led Grace Church to be a vibrant, loving congregation who serves the community with kindness and generosity and continue to serve Grace Church as Pastor Emeritus.

Minister-to-Minister (M2M) was birthed out of Hal and Pam’s love for fellow ministers of the gospel…Reaching and Investing in the Now and Next Generation of Ministry Leaders. The purpose of M2M is to encourage and promote the well-being of pastors and their families.  The emphasis is to help the pastor and their family develop and maintain a healthy balance in four areas of wellness: emotional, spiritual, physical and relational including family and marital health.  Additional importance is placed on helping the pastor be more intentional about personal development and to be well aligned with God’s call on his/her life.

Being in the ministry for over 40 years, they understand the challenges for all – including not only the leader, but their spouse and their children.  M2M is about working together for the growth and wellness of spiritual leaders.

Together and individually, Hal and Pamela have been blessed to serve pastors, pastor’s wives and missionaries in Japan, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Peru, Mexico, Egypt, and China. Hal is currently working with a team providing training for over 100 pastors in India via Zoom.

Rev. Mickey Hale

Pastor Mickey Hale was saved in 1982 and began preaching the gospel about two years later.  He married his wife, Tammy, in 1992 and they became youth pastors at New Life Fellowship in Oakwood, Virginia.  They also became worship leaders for the church as well.  They are musicians and love praise and worship.  They served there for eight years before God called them to begin a new work (Freedom Ministries) in Richlands, Virginia in 2001.  Pastor Mickey and his wife, Tammy continue to pastor Freedom Ministries to minister to the whole person and meet the needs of the people of the community and beyond; spiritually, physically, emotionally, and in every way they can.

Rev. Mark Sarver

Through the calling, equipping and blessing of God, Pastor Mark Sarver and his wife, Dana, have been leading the congregation of Church On The Rock in Berea, Kentucky for over thirty years. They began this work with 33 faithful members and with God’s blessing, they now serve a congregation of nearly 1,000.

Pastor Mark has a vision to see the body of Christ unified and to see the Kingdom of God increased exponentially! Pastor Mark has ministered throughout the United States and the World. His weekly television broadcast ministry, “Inspire”, can be viewed nationally on the Faith TV Network.
